Connect Your Mooney’s Pharmacy Account

After installing the app, follow the on-screen instructions to securely connect your patient profile with Mooney’s Pharmacy. To protect your medical information, please have the following details available:

  1. Your full name and date of birth.
  2. A recent prescription number from one of your current Mooney’s Pharmacy medication labels.

    Can’t find a prescription number? Give our pharmacy team a call. We’ll be glad to help you locate the information you need to complete your registration.

We would be delighted to welcome you to the Mooney’s Pharmacy family. Transferring your prescriptions is simple, and our experienced team will help make the transition as smooth as possible.

TRANSFER YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS

Complete our short online transfer form with information about your current pharmacy and prescriptions. The Mooney’s Pharmacy team will take care of contacting your previous pharmacy and coordinating the transfer. Once your prescriptions are active in our system, you can finish connecting your account through the Rx365 App.
